Item Descriptions

Photos are accurate but not exact product matches.  Military surplus is manufactured for the government by multiple suppliers and will vary slightly from product to product.  NSN numbers are accurate, however, the number may not be printed on labels for individual components (MSS and ILBE main pack, for instance).

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Our shipping and office hours are 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.  We are currently ship via UPS, FedEx  or USPS for fast, reliable delivery.  On some items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.  Signatures may be required for select orders or addresses. Free shipping for contiguous US street addresses; discount shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates.   For special requests please call or e-mail us and we’ll work with you any way we can!  The map below shows the estimated delivery range from OKC; actual transit times will vary by carrier, weather, etc.

Returns & Refunds

Returns  Return period begins 14 days after receiving an item.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (when applicable).  Sale items CAN be refunded.  Returns that are not due to an error on our part may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.Please note it might take several hours or days for your credit to be issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Fees  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
